Problem-Solving & Innovations

In 2021

• @ UTT | Design, Development & Deployment of Specialized eLearning Compliance Training
  Problem: There was a need for onboarding of faculty-programme/discipline leaders with a recently approved University-wide policy which targeted the design and development of eLearning Courses.
  Solution: The design and development of specialized compliance training delivered via a synchronous online modalilty utilizing the intitution's LMS. This ensures that after the training has been conducted, participants can return and refresh their memory as the need arises.
  
  
• @ UTT | Establishing a Helpdesk & Ticketing System
  Problem: Finding an alternative solution for the Instructional Design & Technology Team to the traditional usage of a group email box to support stakeholders. Additionally, the solution needed to also improving team collaboration and efficiency regarding service delivery. I also functioned as the front-end and back-end administrator for the 1st year the team utilized the platform.
  Solution: Implementation of an opensource helpdesk and ticketing system. The system was implemented, customized to the departmental context, support resources were developed and onboarding training was delivered.

  Problem: Provide scalable instructional design support to faculty
  Solution: Development of a webplatform that will house both web-copy, embedded video and downloadable resources, that will support faculty in the design, development and delivery of their courses @ UTT
